Whole process of pressure test

Pressure test for indoor internal copper piping.

Pressure test

Outdoor holding process for pressure test

Using R22/R410 gas to test the outdoor condenser.

Process of wielding

Internal wielding to check the internal piping.

Process for pressure test of internal FCU using wielding techniques with gauges

Pressure test using Nitrogen gas to rectify the gas process. Why use nitrogen gas? Nitrogen gas has the following qualities:
(1) it is inert, dry and non-flammable; which make it safer and easy to use
(2) it does not go into solution with refrigeration oil to create non condensable pressure problems.
(3) It helps to improve the detection due to the size of the nitrogen gas molecules which make it much easier to detect smaller leaks.

Air-Con Servicing

1) Dismantle of cover
(General service process)

Checking outdoor condenser pressure to confirm pressure readings to the full required pressure.

2) Dismantle of drain pan

3) Brushing of blower

4) Vacuum of drain pipe to prevent water leaking
(General service process)

5) Washing of cover

6) Washing of filter

7) Cleaning of drain pan

Lastly, assembling back the drain pan and the cover.

CHEMICAL FLUSHING

During Chemical Flushing

Chemical flushing is extremely important as it helps not only to clean away the dust and dirt, but at the same time, increase the performance of the air-conditioning unit. Having clean and fresh air is important as it is the air we breathe in daily, therefore, the clean air definitely matters to us in terms of our health. At Tech V, we have more than 18 years of experience in the air-conditioning industry. Thus, we are well equipped with the knowledge on doing chemical flushing. In order to wash the unit thoroughly, we will have to dismantle the whole unit down to clean it. Tech V does not only perform washing during chemical flushing, the technicians will also do a check on the refrigerant charge. It is therefore, important to engage reliable and experienced technicians to help you perform the correct procedure for chemical flushing.
